Are you looking for that special place to host an unforgettable Birthday Party? Would you like all of the fun, without the mess in your own house? Let us create the perfect Birthday for your special dancer, or dancer at heart!

We are open to any theme and color scheme, and will personalize every detail to bring your child’s dream party to life. Celebrate in style and make memories that will last a lifetime!

Themes

Choose one of the popular themes below, or create your own, for a 2-hour party for up to 10 guests (not including the birthday child and chaperones) for only $299.

Make yours a Specialty Party to include Face Painting! Great for all ages. Add $75.

What BDA Provides

  • All paper goods, utensils, and decorations to match the theme of the party
  • A one-hour instructor-led section, including craft, music, & dance (parties with face painting add 15-20min of instructor-led time)
  • 30 minutes to one hour for food, cake, and presents (if desired)!

Book Your Party Today!

To book your party, simply email the director at: belairdanceacademy@yahoo.com to make arrangements. A $150 fee is due at the time of booking, with the remainder due the day of the party.  Parties are only held on Saturdays or Sundays. Please contact Samantha Trzcinski for times and availability.  

BDA does not provide cake, food, or refreshments.  It is up to the host/hostess of the party to provide any food/drink that will be served.  No alcoholic beverages may be served at any events held in the BDA facility- no exceptions.  We do not have refrigeration available. Pizza delivery is welcome.

The two-hour party will be set up/decorated prior to your arrival. Host/Hostess and Guest of Honor may arrive 20 minutes prior to start of the event. Party will begin promptly at the start time with the scheduled craft (and face painting if selected).

The BDA representative(s) will take care of the clean-up at the end of the two-hour event. Please understand that due to the fact we may have another party coming in after you that we need to prepare for, you must end your party on time, as scheduled.

Additional Guests: Additional guests (those participating in the activity – this does not include chaperones or infant siblings) may be added to your event for an additional fee of $18 per extra guest. There is a maximum of 15 participating guests. Parents and chaperones are always welcome. We offer a clean, comfortable space for all.
